Where we came from
We are a wholly owned subsidiary of MS Amlin plc and a regulated insurance broker with its own board of directors. As a previous division of Bradstock, Alexander Forbes and Lockton, we were one of the pioneers of the Open Cover concept and have provided services to Insolvency professionals for over fifty years. The senior management team has in excess of 160 years collective Insolvency insurance experience, which many of our clients acknowledge as a key aspect of our successful business relationship.
IRS has dedicated teams located in offices in Chelmsford, Manchester, Glasgow and our head office in Nottingham. This regional presence is also complemented by individual representation in the Midlands and North East areas.
