Adam is based at our Nottingham office and has worked at IRS since 1987. Adam has been directly involved in the insolvency industry since 1990 in various roles including operations manager. Adam is FCII qualified. He has overall responsibility for the IRS business.
Debra is based at our Nottingham office and has worked at IRS since May 2008; previously she worked in the finance sector for Ikano Financial Services managing their debt collection agencies. Her main responsibilities are to ensure procedures are followed by her team, workflows are maintained, targets are met, quality work is being processed and audits and monitoring are being carried out to create the highest levels of customer service and to meet regulatory and legal requirements.
Paul has had nearly 40 years’ experience in insurance, working in broking, insurance company claims and as an insurance manager in manufacturing industry. He has been with IRS for over 8 years and his responsibility revolves around the technical aspects of the product, training, quality control and is claims team leader.
Tim is dual based in Nottingham and home and his principal role is to advise Insolvency Practitioners and Property Receivers on their risk exposures and how to manage them. Travelling up and down the country undertaking site visits and seeing clients he gets to see a broad range of situations and risks - it's rare for Tim that any two days are the same.
Vincent joined the business in June 2014. He is dual-based in Nottingham and Bradford and is responsible for all client relationships and development of the North East region. He has extensive experience within the commercial broking sector and enjoys the challenge of delivering on his client's expectations.
Linda has worked within the Insolvency department in Nottingham for over 20 years, and has a wealth of experience in providing Enabling and Specific Bonds to the Insolvency Practitioner. As Team Leader of the Bond section she ensures clients receive a friendly professional service and enjoys longstanding business relationships with many clients.
John is based at our Chelmsford office and has been with IRS since 2011 having had previous roles as a Lloyd's Underwriter and a Head of Sales with Close Brothers Group. His main responsibilities, as you would expect, relate to all Sales & Marketing functions but his overriding business ethos is to constantly strive to improve the overall client experience.
Mark joined the business in 1992 and is now based at our Chelmsford Office. Before that he worked at C E Heath, Eagle Star and Lloyds Bank Insurance Service. His main role is site visits & client liaison. With his wealth of Insolvency Insurance experience and as a member of the IRS team, he is committed to ensure that our clients enjoy the best possible service.
Based in Manchester, Ailsa has 35 years’ experience as a commercial insurance broker, specialising in insolvency risks for the past 30 years. Previously, you may have known her in this role at Lockton, Alexander Forbes, or originally Bradstock. Ailsa’s main responsibilities include running the busy Manchester office and ensuring clients receive an exemplary broking service, tailored to their specific needs.
John is based at our Glasgow office and has nearly 30 years insolvency insurance experience with IRS and formally with Bradstock, Alexander Forbes and Lockton. His main responsibility is running the Glasgow office and servicing client’s needs but is also on hand providing in-depth knowledge of how the insolvency system operates in Scotland.
